Leadership and Management

A Course for Everyone

The Leadership and Management Certificate is an accredited certificate that focusses on equipping participants with leadership and management skills especially following Jesus style of leadership. 

It can be undertaken as a standalone certificate or as one of a three-tier diploma structure of the Diploma in Applied Mission Studies. 

The training is four weeks long with a new facilitator and topic each week. 

IMR implements the training face-to-face in-country or on Zoom.
